7. Island Business Listings reserves the right to edit any business listing if we, in our reasonable opinion, believe such editing will improve the quality of the website. We are not to be held liable in anyway for errors we might make while compiling a listing.
8. The decision where to place a listing within the index of business categories shall be at the sole discretion of Island Business Listings.
Additional Terms for Brokers/Intermediaries
We will contact you to ensure that you have the full authority and permission to advertise the business, business opportunity or partnership on the website FROM THE DIRECT OWNER and in particular that you have not advertised a business, business opportunity or partnership by simply taking it off a third party intermediary or broker without the permission of the owner.

Payments
Island Business Listings requires payments for services by Bank Transfer or PayPal. We will charge you in GBP (British Pounds Sterling).
Refunds
1. All fees are non-refundable – You are free however to cancel at any stage and we will remove your listing and delete all your details from our system.
2. To downgrade a monthly subscription, Island Business Listings must receive your cancellation notice before the first day of the month.
